Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our team is here to ensure your exchange or refund process is as seamless as a fairy tale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Disney Mad Shop tags are still attached and the garment is unworn.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our magic-makers inspect your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
